Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Are memberships covered by insurance?
A: Unfortunately, insurance companies don’t recognize our membership model, nor do they pay for wellness care. Many members choose to pay for their plans using FSA/HSA dollars.
Q: How long of a commitment are memberships?
A: We require just two months commitment to become a member, but most people find that once they start coming, the can’t imagine life without it!
Q: Is it possible to pause my monthly membership?
A: Because of the short term commitment, we do not allow members to pause their memberships. If you need a break, simply cancel membership and let us know when you’re ready to start back up.
Q: What if I miss my appointment one month?
A: No problem! We totally understand that life gets busy. Unused appointments simply roll over to the next month and NEVER expire.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: We hope you don’t! But- if for any reason you need to cancel, simply send us an email before the monthly auto-debit and we will take care of it before the next payment comes out.
