Describe a treatment with you?
My style of massage is a combination of flowing Swedish strokes and deep tissue techniques. The rhythmic motion and repetitive movements create a very relaxing yet therapeutic massage designed to either pin point specific areas of tension or calm the body as a whole.
Favorite thing about your job?
My favorite thing about being a massage therapist is allowing my clients to become more aware of their body and creating a space for them to practice self-care.
Your ideal client?
My ideal client is someone who is open to the idea of what massage can look like and is vocal with feedback so I can cater to each individual’s massage preference.

I’ve lived in Portland all my life except during my undergraduate years in Corvallis at Oregon State University. I love Portland and I see myself living here for as long as I can,
What makes you laugh the most?
I laugh the most when I spend time with my extended family. I’m really close with all of them and whenever we get a chance to get together we have the most fun laughing with each other.
One thing you do every single day?
I write every single day. It’s my way of getting my thoughts onto paper and out of my head so that I can focus on the real world with a clear mind.
